Our Tasmanian Salmon, is always from Huon Salmon. Consistently this is the best one, that comes fresh from Tasmania. We cut our Salmon fresh each day, according to what we require, and is always Sashimi Quality, and boneless. It comes in Whole sides, Skin on, or Skin off, or in approximately 200gram portions. We regard the tail of Salmon, the best part, because, it is always completely boneless, it is a leaner part of the fish, meaning it is not as fatty or oily, hence making it milder in flavour. The tail is ideal, if your trying to introduce it to young children’s diet, and if made skinless, it becomes even milder in taste, not to mention, the tail is more even in thickness, and cooks more evenly. we can cut the Salmon, to what ever size customers require, just give us a little notice, in advance.
