These prawns are wild caught, freshly cooked, within minutes, of being harvested, in natural clean sea water, on board of the trawlers, that catch them, in South Australia. They are graded first, according to size, then fresh boiled, and then packed and snap frozen at sea, within the same day caught. Australia has good King Prawns in most areas of Australia, but the best ones are caught, in South Australia. They actually taste better, because, it has some of the cleanest ocean waters, in Australia, and the best Ecology under the seawater, for prawns to grow in. The King Prawn is easy to peel, and has a flesh on it which is sweet and juicy. Ideal to thaw, peel and toss through a salad, or just have with a squeeze of lemon, or a Crustacean dressing, with a lovely white wine, or a beer.
