Cut the cucumber into lengths of 2 inches, and hollow out the cucumber pieces to form cups using your teaspoon.Add your mayonnaise and wasabi and mix well. If you like it a little spicier then add more wasabi to taste.Fill the cups with smoked salmon, by either cutting it into small pieces or rolling it up as a rosette, then add your mayonnaise wasabi mix on top or inside the rosette.Finally, add a small amount of salmon caviar and garnish on top of the mayonnaise wasabi mix.Make sure it's kept chilled until it's time to serve.
