Minimum order
A minimum of $150 for delivery, and $200 for store pickup excluding the delivery fee, is required.
Placing an order
Orders must be placed by 12 pm for next-day delivery. Please note that no changes can be made once an order has been placed. If you will not be present at the premises during delivery hours, please contact us or leave a note in your online order so that we can arrange an alternative delivery otherwise, it will be left at the front door in a chill pack box.
We only deliver Monday to Saturday
Planet Seafood reserves the right to cancel part or all of an order, at any time, without liability to the customer. We will notify you if this occurs as soon as possible to allow you to make alternative arrangements. If anything you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to provide advice on similar products; otherwise, a refund for that item will be arranged.

Delivery area and fees
We deliver to the whole of Melbourne and even parts of Victoria for a late fee of $20.

Delivery information
Deliveries will take place on weekdays, between 9 pm and 6 pm and Saturday mornings between 9 – 12 pm. All orders will be placed in an insulated box with a reusable ice pack. If no one can receive the order, it will be left on the doorstep.
Deliveries will not take place on public holidays.
At subsequent deliveries, customers may choose to leave the insulated boxes and/or ice packs out the front, to be collected for use for future orders.

Planet Seafood accepted Visa and MasterCard and Apple Pay using the Stripe gateway.
