Do you accept returns, and do you offer refunds if something goes wrong?
*We do accept returns if products supplied are damaged from miss handling on our end during delivery; we take pride in our products and do check on the products at the delivery destination to make sure everything is perfect.
*If products do not get delivered for whatever reason, that is our fault. We do offer refunds.
*If you received a product and you changed your mind; unfortunately, due to the nature of the products unable to accept returns as we are unable to restock items, so please choose carefully.
*If you made an order, but it is still 24 hours before delivery, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund.

What are your delivery Times?
Can I request a delivery time? Unfortunately, we can not promise a specific delivery time. Deliveries are from 7am till 6pm
What if I am not home?
If nobody is home and you have asked us to leave it in a secure location, our packaging is amazing, its a chill box that keeps content cool and it is leak proof. we also add ice packs in there to make sure on a hot day, it still keeps cool.
We also pack platters in a shrink wrap so it stays in its place during transport. All you need to do is take wrap of and enjoy.
