Ingredients
- 250 grams pre-made pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons dried rosemary
- 1 tablepoon saffron
- 1 tablespoon Flour (plus a little more for dusting)
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons canola or peanut or vegetable oil (grated)
- 335 grams crab meat (flaked or use seafood extender)
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- ½ cup zucchini
- ½ cup mushrooms
- 10 black olives (pitted and sliced)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 230 degrees Celsius.
- Coat the pizza dough with cooking spray and rosemary and put into a large bowl. Cover with a tea towel and leave to rise until it has doubled in volume (around 1 hour).
- Finely coat a baking tray with cooking spray and dust lightly with flour. Stretch the pizza dough to cover the base of the baking tray.
- Melt the butter in a pan and then add the flour, stirring until smooth. Add the milk and stir continuously until thick. Add the wine and Parmesan cheese and stir until the mixture is thick. Then remove from heat.
- Spread the sauce onto the pizza base. Add the crab meat first, then most of the cheese, the zucchini, mushrooms and olives. Top with the remaining cheese.
- Place in the oven for 5 minutes. Then reduce heat to 200 degrees Celsius and cook until the base is crisp.
