- 1 Pizza base (frozen for speed)
- 125 grams mozzarella cheese
- spring onion
- 100 grams smoked salmon
- olive oil for drizzling
- Parsley and lemon juice for garnish
- Preheat your oven to 230 degrees Celsius.
- Place the smoked salmon on the pizza base and then add the mozzarella on top. Sprinkle over the chopped shallots. Season and drizzle with olive oil.
- Cook for 20 minutes or until the pizza base is crisp.
- Sprinkle with parsley and lemon juice if desired.
