Smoked Salmon Cups
FRESH CUCUMBER CUPS WITH SMOKED SALMON, WASABI MAYO& SALMON CAVIAR
- kitchen knife
- 2 Cucumbers
- 200 g Smoked Salmon (Buy from here https://planetseafood.com.au/produce/gourmet/smoked-salmon/)
- .5 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Wasabi
- 200 g Salmon Caviar (Buy from here https://planetseafood.com.au/produce/gourmet/caviar/)
- 1 Garnish (Coriander, chives)
Cut the cucumber into lengths of 2 inches, and hollow out the cucumber pieces to form cups using your teaspoon.
Add your mayonnaise and wasabi and mix well. If you like it a little spicier then add more wasabi to taste.
Fill the cups with smoked salmon, by either cutting it into small pieces or rolling it up as a rosette, then add your mayonnaise wasabi mix on top or inside the rosette.
Finally, add a small amount of salmon caviar and garnish on top of the mayonnaise wasabi mix.
Make sure it’s kept chilled until it’s time to serve.
